Due to the deeply energetic, transformative, and sacred nature of the services, programs, sessions, memberships, and offerings by Ishtar Deerheart, all sales are final. There are no refunds.

Please carefully consider whether this work is in alignment for you before purchasing. If it does not serve you or feel right, I bless you on your unique journey and wish you well in your ongoing expansion.

Once a session is booked or access granted to digital/membership content, no cancellations or refunds are possible.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 if the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill.

3. Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Sessions Appointments are confirmed upon payment. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival will not extend the session, and the full fee applies regardless of arrival time, in fairness to clients booked afterward. Please arrive on time. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel if needed, with notice.

Subscriptions & Payment Plans For larger packages and membership options with payment plans or recurring subscriptions:

You authorise us (via Stripe/PayPal) to charge the agreed amount on the schedule you selected.
Missed Payments: We offer a 7-day grace period. If payment fails, we will attempt to retry. After 7 days, access to membership or ongoing services may be suspended until payment is made. Repeated missed payments may result in cancellation of the plan and collection of any outstanding balance (including reasonable recovery fees). You remain responsible for all charges up to cancellation.
You can cancel recurring subscriptions anytime via your account or by contacting us (cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period). No refunds for amounts already paid.
We will clearly communicate pricing and billing before you commit.

Intellectual Property All content, teachings, apothecary notes, recordings, and materials are owned by Ishtar Deerheart. You may not copy, share, or distribute them without permission.

User Conduct You agree to respect the sacred space of sessions and community. Harassment, abuse, or misuse may result in immediate termination of access/services without refund.

Liability & Disclaimer Services are provided “as is” for personal growth and awareness. The information on this site is for information purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.

Force Majeure We are not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond our control (e.g., illness, natural events).

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Significant updates will be notified.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts.
